1) Return/Refund Policy

COD/Direct Purchases:

We are sorry as we are not able to entertain requests for refunds after item has been used or purchased.

2) Insufficient number of chips?
Sometimes, when the manufacturer packs the pokerchips, they may have miscounted and given you a chip or two lesser, or given you some spoilt chips. Just give us a call or sms us, and we will mail the missing chips to you. :)

3) How to order a set of chips?

Ordering a set is as easy as 1,2,3.

Simply follow these steps to receive your set via Poslaju!

1) Whatsapp/SMS/Call clement informing him that you would like to purchase a set with your name and full address.

2) Clement will revert back, and you will then bank transfer the amount into our company's account.

3) Once payment is received, we will then proceed to mail out the set via poslaju.

4) A tracking number will then be given to you and you can then track your pokerchip set right to your doorstep!
